To ensure that our hats have a wonderful and long life with you, we recommend washing them by hand or in the washing machine on the wool cycle. Very important: do not use fabric softener. To dry, it is best to place it on the heater; under no circumstances should you throw it in the dryer.

If the hat has a bobble, please turn the hat inside out when washing.

Yes, of course, this is usually not a problem and we would be happy to have it made for you. It usually takes 6 weeks including shipping from Peru until you can hold your own hat in your hands. If it takes a little longer, we will inform you by email about the extended delivery time.

We photograph the products in the best possible quality with many detailed shots. However, it may happen that the product you ordered appears different on the homepage in terms of color, material, etc., depending on how your screen is set up.

Yes, we ship worldwide . Please note that statutory VAT and import duties may apply when importing.

Our packages are all sent by post or DHL. The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days for Switzerland, the delivery time abroad may vary. The shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Free shipping is available for purchases of CHF 50.00 or more.

For deliveries abroad, customs surcharges may apply at the border, which are generally borne by the customer. The prices for exports from Switzerland do not include VAT, which is charged directly to the customer by the respective customs office.

We offer you a 30-day exchange and return policy. You don't have to give any reasons for the return. Since we want to constantly improve our service, we are very grateful for comments.

Be sure to fill out the return/exchange form completely. Without a completely filled out form, we cannot guarantee quick processing.

Please note the following points for an exchange/return:

The goods must be unworn.

The goods must be in their original packaging.

The goods must be fully labeled (product hangers/labels).

The goods, if available, will be exchanged if you comply with the three points described above. If we send the exchanged items, we will pay the postage, but the return will be at your expense and risk. Please make sure that the shipment has sufficient postage.

If you return the goods, the value of the goods will be credited in full to your bank/PayPal account or credit card upon receipt and if the three points described above are adhered to. Your credit card will be credited within the next 10 days; it can take up to 30 days for this credit to appear on your statement. The return is at your expense and risk. Please make sure that the return has sufficient postage.
